Support would like to improve our process for tracking and processing Review Agency tasks. Right now, it's hard to filter for anything except complicated or federal agency tasks. For things like making phone calls or resolving things in Mailgun, it helps to have a group of similar tasks to work through instead than jumping around randomly.
One thing we think would be helpful is adding some kind of tagging system, like the one that already exists for requests:
This would let us start to tag tasks and categorize them to deal with in bulk: for example, right now handling old errored emails has Support asking someone with Mailgun access (usually Mitch) to mark the email Good on that end while Support marks it good on the site. We'd rather get a bunch of those done at the same time instead of bugging Mitch throughout the day whenever we find a new one. It also allows us to easily determine the scope of certain problems, like third-parties identifying us as spam or a botnet.
