Q&A Forum Disclaimer #287

Q&A Forum needs some form of descriptive text explaining its purpose, and more importantly directing users not to post technical issues there instead of info@MuckRock.com. That "alert" box Allan has set for crowdfunds/notes could work just fine. Suggested text: "Need some FOIA advice? Nobody knows more than MuckRock users, who'd be glad to help. If you're having site/technical issues, however, please direct them to info@muckrock.com - all questions relating to the operation of the site will be deleted."
