Project page crashes #471

Going to https://muckrock-staging.herokuapp.com/project/ just causes a crash: 6b4aaa31edbb4b56896c11eb86148edf

I thought it was because there were no projects, but then trying to create a project causes crashes too: b282f2292b5549dfba78be33935ad16e

database migration switch over from south to native django migrations messed up, i cleaned i up manually
