ETA imports throwing an error #566

ERROR: 8-20-15 MR18822 INT ID#F-2015-01922 EST3-21-16.pdf has caused an unknown error. can't compare datetime.datetime to datetime.date

The follow up date was probably not updated correctly for any request that threw an error but seemed to work anyway
