Add Election Hub to Squarelet list

This isn't urgent, but it's confusing that when I click on "sign up" or "sign in" the election hub disappears.

I know it will appear in the topnav, but we should also add it to the center lists at

I don't really care where in the order it lives -- at the end probably makes the most sense.
