Describe the bug Spamming skills in arcade mode very quickly allows players to bypass cooldown timers and energy/mana requirements

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to the same room as an opposing hero. Best to be fighting a high con hero to get as many skills off as possible.
  2. spam skills. easiest way is to put one finger on one skill and one on the other and rapidly press them.

Expected behavior You will see the cooldown timers fly by but you will also see skills going off before they should.
