Mend currently does not work #6

Describe the bug When casting "Mend", it says Casting Spell, waits a few seconds, and then says, "Huh?".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log into a Shaman
  2. Cast Mend

Expected behavior It happened everytime so I think it's just not set up yet.
