Say I'm a user who is finally done with a project Arts Night but Rag is still ongoing. The fund I'm maintaining is NUS Comp fund and I want to delete the project Arts Night so I never have to think about it. But when I delete it, unbeknowst to me, Alpha adds even the spent amount back to the fund.
