List payments does not list all the payees #3

In the DG it is said that the command "list payments" will list all the payees of the project. In the example below, you will see that the project indicates that I have 4 payees after I add a new one but when I try to list them, it only lists one. Possibly, the program cannot properly list all the payees at all which is a major bug.

This is a typo in the guide, the command should be "list payees pr/PROJECT" instead.
