data service not getting disabled when call is connected. #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the data service
2. Place a call or receive a call to the number
3. During call is going on disable the data service.
4. Verify that data service is disabled when call is ended.

What is the expected output?
1. Data service should be disabled

 What do you see instead?
1. Data se4vice are enabled.

What version of the product are you using?
Samsung galaxy note

 On what operating system?
Ice cream sandwich 4.04
