No way to select "soft keyboard" type #168

If you have more than one type of soft keyboard (including speech-to-text
input method, etc.) defined in the settings locale, there is no way to
select which one you wish to use with connectbot.

For example, I installed a speech-to-text app which now appears
immediately on connection startup with connectbot, and though I can
dismiss it with the BACK key, there is no obvious way to access the normal
Android soft keyboard since the speech keyboard will always appear now.

Some other programs give you a choice among available keyboards as a
settings/preferences or other runtime option.

In any program, you can usually hold down a button to switch IMEs. In the
Android
soft keyboard, you hold down on the lower-left key.

Hmm. It appears that the problem is in the speech to text app, which doesn't
seem
to leave any avenue to switch back to the standard soft keyboard. Thanks.
