Problems with TouchPal keyboard #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the TouchPal Keyboard (with English language pack)
2. Try to connect to a machine using connect bot
3. Note that there are a number of issues:

  - There is no return key in the keyboard making the initial connection tricky
  - If you switch back to the default keyboard to set up the initial connection, then there are still 
problems.  The text prediction line draws over the bottom of the terminal.

  The missing return key looks like a touchpal problem and I've reported it to cootek (makers of 
TouchPal), but I wanted to list the work-around here too in case someone comes 
searching.

  The text prediction overdrawing the bottom of the terminal is a little more tricky.  I'm not sure 
what the best fix for this is.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?

I'm using r413-english from the google code page.
