Feature request: allow binding for search key #205

While you're working on issues #12 and #176 it would be nice to make the
search key on the keyboard configurable as well.

Let me quote our conversation on irc:

TauPan > hm, would it be possible to map the search button to 'ctrl'?

you go higher in the call hierarchy.

I do not have an camera button on HTC desire, but a search button, back button 
and volume up/button. Volume buttons seem to be hard coded to resolution 
change, which is a pity and search and back are not used at all.

It would be very nice to bind it to ESC as well for VIM users.
