CCNet plugin does not show attachements. Reports Step ID not found #349

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup attachements and the ccnet plugin
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see attachements in ccnet reports.  Instead an errors stating 
test step ID is not found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached is a patch to fix this issue.
