Entering directories in Icarus project properties doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Icarus
2. View project properties
3. Type or paste a valid directory into the Application base directory or
the working directory.
4. Click or tab out of the text box.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the directory to be set, but it is erased. The only way to set it
is with the browse buttons. If typing in the text boxes is not supported,
they should be made read-only. Ideally you can type in them as it is often
easier than digging through directories in the folder browser.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.1 release and nightly build 3.1 505

Fixed in 3.2. As a workaround for 3.1, you can change the properties directly 
in the
project file.
