Icarus: Save Project causes Reload? prompt

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Icarus
2. Make a new project
3. Add any assembly to it (MbUnit.Samples will do)
4. Do a 'save project as' to steve.gallio
5. Close Icarus.
6. Open Icaurs (steve.gallio will be loaded).
7. Click the 'save project'
8. Get the project has been modified do you want to reload dialog.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect to be notified of changes to the project file that I just made 
from that instance of Icarus.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GallioBundle-3.2.517.0-Setup-x64
Win7x64
