Saving 'Default' project does not call 'Save As'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Gallio
2. Select Save Project from menu, or click Save Project icon, or type Ctrl+S

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The windows convention for saving unnamed project/files is to open the 'Save 
As' dialogue.
Gallio saves default.gallio to the users appdata\roaming\gallio\icarus folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2 build 517 on Windows 7 x64

Yeah, the whole Project "feature" is a bit of a disaster area :( It's sort of 
vestigial from the MbUnit v2 GUI, and needs to be tidied up.
