New feature: Icarus track currently running test

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have tests that take a while to run (e.g. integration tests)
2. Start the test run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like to be able to tell which test is currently running. This could be 
displayed as a text representation in the Tests Results and/or Execution Log 
windows. It would also be very useful in the tree view as an icon where the 
cross or tick is displayed after the test has completed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Currently using v3.2 build 601 on Windows 7
