PoSh snapin should ignore -showReport when the output report type is zipped XML #813

When invoking the PoSh snapin in certain conditions, a FileNotFoundException is 
thrown when the runner tries to open the report (not found because in a zip 
archive!)

e.g.
Run-Gallio MyTest.dll -reportType Xml -reportArchive Zip -showReport

The -showReport command should just be ignored (silently or with a warning 
message?)

Gallio.Echo does not show any error under the same conditions. The error is 
probably swallowed or silent.
