System.ArgumentException in Gallio.Icarus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file with a large number of tests (Mine has 316)
2. Run the tests
3. Observe the error (sometimes, see note below)

Note: I have been unable to consistently reproduce the problem, it only happens 
sometimes, but there seem to be no differences between 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All of the tests run correctly with no error
Actual: An error occurs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.367.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Same as issue in 819, but not fixed.

I've expanded the scope of the lock when checking if a task is already running 
(r3205). Please try a new build and see if it still happens.
