Cannot use xUnit 1.9 through Gallio #876

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to test an assembly against the latest xUnit 1.9

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - able to run tests
Actual - cannot run any tests

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio - 3.3.458.0
xUnit.net - 1.9.0.1566

The first step is to re-build the adapter (Gallio.XUnit) against the latest 
version. That might be enough.

Otherwise, I'll try and have a look in the near future.

Fixed in 3.3.606 & newer (you can thank Remco Mulder of NCrunch fame).

I'd like to know when there's gonna be a release containing this fix. I'd 
rather not have to spend a lot of company time on building it from source.

I was able to download a Gallio nightly (build 667) few weeks ago from the 
above location but now I cannot find it anymore. Did you remove it?

Sorry, our build server is a bit unhappy at the moment :( Old builds get 
removed automatically, and there obviously hasn't been a successful one 
recently. I'll get it rebooted.
