CecilReflectionPolicy.GetTypes does not include nested types #889

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Declare a wrapper class
2. Add nested classes to the wrapper class with some MbUnit tests
3. Run the tests in the visual studio runner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The nested test classes should be returned, as they are by 
NativeReflectionPolicy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.1
Windows 7 64-bit
