Launch AcCoreConsole.exe for AutoCAD #898

Can you add the option to load the AcCoreConsole.exe vs the acad.exe?  The 
accoreconsole was added in 2013 and starts up much faster.  As such, it'd 
probably be better suited for the unit testing environment.
