NuGet package for latests version not available. #906

currently the latests (official) nuget package is for 3.3.x, however latests  
Gallio version is 3.4.

Althought there is an un-official package, it lacks <NET4 assemblies, and I 
just feel publishing another un-official package would confuse people.
