Text report does not correctly insert line ending #909

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a test suite
2. Select Report > View As > Text (or Text-Condensed)
3. View text file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text report inserts 

"$helper.Text.NormalizeEndOfLines($stream.ToString())"

instead of a line ending.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Gallio Icarus - Version 3.4 Build 11
Windows 7
