Add automatic translations for package descriptions #123

People will want to create packages in their own language for non-English games - and the descriptions for those packages will follow in non English too.

To make content accessible to everyone, we should plug in automatic translation to the repo.

+1 to make the fields capable of keeping translations.

Not sure about automatic quality without verification.

Fields for sure.

I don't foresee everyone going through the trouble of providing all translations, in that case machine translation with appropriate expectations set that it's machine translation would be better than nothing. What do you reckon?

We should make it very obvious these are machine-translated texts, as I expect poor quality. Maybe offer an easy way to edit and improve upon? Then again, only author should be able to edit her texts.

On the other hand, this is another interface to establish and keep intact, so I wouldn't recommend it too much.
