Adding my new package, Xanthia's Audio Manager Module which has the following:

startup sound to check that audio is working
about 100 default sounds that can be triggered by commandline or lua function
sounds are downloaded on demand

this is great xanthiacoder, thanks for helping us test out the new repository we are having some teething issues with our workflows, but rest assured I will make sure this gets into the repo
