Paladin Blessings small fix #12

added the missing blessing for paladin
rearranged blessing for consistency

Side note: it would make sense to add a new category for paladin since there is a difference between wisdom/king/might and emergency ones like protection or salvation

Please re-review this PR and see if it's still needed as it had significant overlap with another PR which has been merged.

yea I didn't realize Sinewyk did those, it's not needed in current form but I might open new one with rearrangement
