Home command blanks coordinate table #137

Issuing a home.cmd during bootstrap with a new Store DB blanks Position's coordinate table.

Instead of explicitly listing all the states in which the UPDATE_PREDICTED_COORDINATES action can be invoked when Mapper data is received, I put a conditional on calculating predicted coordinates and updating the master table in Position. The updates will happen in any state other than 'bootstrap' and 'shooting.bootstrap'.
