Here are the Std Devs for the matrix elements of the three LTCS->DSCS maps crated at Argonne on July 2nd:
This shows that the displacements are consistent on the 10s of micrometers level. A rough estimate of a conservative error upper bound on the transformation of a particular coordinate is about 1 mm. This was determined by propagating the error of a function f(x, c) = c*x in quadrature using c = 1, dc = 2e-5, x = 2e5mm, and dx=1mm. Using a more realistic dx on the order of 10s of micrometers would similarly drop the error estimate down to 10s of micrometers similar to the displacements.
See if there was any significant change in the maps created after REFMark U was removed. Extract the data from the Store file.
