Update state when LT becomes uninitialized #49

When the LT becomes uninitialized, put the component into an "uninitialized" state to force the user to reinitialize.

This has been exposed in the LTAPI and implemented in the component, though I have not had a chance ro test it.

The LT client was modified to detect the new uninitialized state and functions properly, indicating that the component is functioning properly.
