Since we don't have the actual FMS motion control hardware and accompanying library, the command server that ANL provided can't function. Make a copy of this VI and replace the hardware function calls with simulated functionality so that we can test the control interface.

Swapped out all of the hardware command calls. Still need to finish the simulation loop.

I have a copy of the FMS console from ANL working with the server simulator.
