Modify LTA to shoot the stand reflectors in response to a data.system::monitor.dat/control.system::move.ack from Motion #73

  1. Save the position info from Motion's monitor.dat.
  2. Modifiy the last shot stand reflector coordinates using the above position info.
  3. Shoot the modified stand reflector coordinates.
