Modify LTA to shoot the propeller reflectors in response to a data.system::monitor.dat/control.system::rotate.ack from Motion #74

  1. Save the position info from Motion's monitor.dat.
  2. Modifiy the last shot propeller reflector coordinates using the above position info.
  3. Shoot the modified propeller reflector coordinates.
