Reflector set name argument in init.cmd #87

Jerzy wants the option of selecting a different reflector set to use as the reference network. An argument to init.cmd should do the trick.

I don't think this makes any sense anymore. Initialization has been stripped down to the basics, with reference network scanning done in a new bootstrap mode.
