Feature Request: Set a default width and reset to it #7

Hi, nice plugin - exactly what I was looking for, as readable line length can't be set per file.

My use case is mostly increasing the width for tables etc., but for "normal" file I'd love to be able to reset the width to a default value without setting the slider to e.g. exactly 20% every time (my hands just aren't that accurate 😆 ).

A little button to reset the width to default (and maybe allow to set it on right click) would be great if this fits with your vision :)
