Validation in UdpPacket::read_domain_name

Additional validation must be done for safety in UdpPacket::read_domain_name.

• Make bound checks to avoid unexpected out of bound accessing.
• Validate that compression pointers point do data before the current position.

Additionally, handle errors by using the UdpPacketIoError type instead of panicking.
