I have no idea how to reproduce it. it happens randomly and not too often. But it happens.

Will add tweak list in like 2-3 hours since opening the issue.

Somebody on Reddit said they only get this bug when spamming the 'pull down to reveal notification center' gesture, is this the case for you as well? Or do you experience this bug with normal usage?

it occurs randomly when I just swipe down the notification center. it's not some unusual behavior from me, nor spam. normal gesture usage.
