插件导致zotero抓取文献后非常卡 #132

您好，目前插件导致zotero抓取文献后会卡顿一会，直到attanger将文件移动完成才会流畅；而且插件导致zotero的pdf使用注释和高亮功能时卡顿。禁用后就不会出现以上的卡顿问题

I can approve it too. Using the annotation and highlighting functions within PDF can cause Zotero to freeze. This only happens if the Attinger plug-in is running though.

Plugin version: 1.2.3
Zotero version: 7.0.0 beta 89

找到问题的原因了，Reading list插件与本插件存在冲突，禁用Reading list 就可以了
