Update Specialty endpoint #35

We need to update the specialty endpoint for the home page to ONLY include specialties that have vendors associated with them. If there are no vendors, do not show that component on the home page.

Currently, all specialties are being sent to the homepage

@drteresavasquez Do you mean any realtor or vendor with specialization attached, or just vendors?

@Justin-Ferwerda I think this one is just for vendors. This specific endpoint {{dbUrl}}/api/specializations?homePage=True
