2.8.0 beta1 branch build failed due to missing artifacts

I can't compile the latest source on 2.8.0 beta1 branch due to missing
artifacts.

1) javax.script:script-api:jar:1.0
2) javax.script:script-js:jar:1.0
3) javax.script:js-engine:jar:1.0

----------
3 required artifacts are missing.

The latest specs requires java 1.6, so we don't need dependencies to
javax.script stuff.
Please apply the attached patch.
