Empty paragraphs patch is now broken/removed #663

@pjudge previously had a working patch to disable empty paragraphs from displaying. We think it got lost in the composer/config file reshuffle. Time-dependent, but maybe @quicksketch can help with it.

I think Pauline and I sorted this out yesterday. Patches weren't getting applied because of an issue with the template directory, but I commited a fix: https://github.com/MukurtuCMS/mukurtu-template/commit/0aa3ef6bdfb71350f95dfedab3acbd098a18ad78

New sandboxes should have the functionality enabled. @pjudge could you confirm?

Hi all! This just needed a little extra config to be fully set up. It should be working correctly in the linked PR
