My custom frontpage reverts when I run updates on my site #72

As a Mukurtu Admin, I can set any page as /home on my site via the site admin link on the dashboard. Is it possible to change the home page from code to install profile? It would be nice if I could replace /home as the frontpage on my site and not have to re-enable every time I upgrade.

We've included the Features Override module in 2.0.7. There is a brief document describing its use here:

This isn't a 100% solution for managing local customization, but it has helped us greatly with our sites. We'll be continuing to improve areas that make upgrading/local customization tricky with future releases.
