On dashboard, text needs to reflect user's type (maker or seeker) #53

On dashboard, text needs to reflect user's type (maker or seeker). In the attached photo, the user is a maker. Under "Grant Programs," the instructional text should read: "Once created, your grant programs will appear here."

And if there is no name given to a grant program, it needs to read "No Grant Program Name" rather than "No Grant Name" image
