One thing that was coming up with pacbio seqs is that we have stuff named _REN_pNNNNNNNN and also _REN_pe01 and it would be great to be able to search for those separately

Possible implementation ideas:

materialized view gets an automatically-determined-by-heuristic naming template
sequences can be user-tagged, provide tag search
admin-managed list of name regexes
???
