As a user, I want to receive notifications and updates about my interactions, so I can stay informed about my contributions and changes.

Tasks:

Implement a notification system for user actions like posting reviews or when a recall is updated.
Set up email alerts for important updates or changes.
Provide visual feedback in the UI for user interactions.
