graph_modifier.py 테스트 + node 개수가 변하는 것을 고려해서 로직도 추가로 수정해야할 것 같습니다.
edit_distance 별로 개수를 정해주는 방식이 현재는 int(ratio * samples_per_class)인데, (ratio = 0~1 사이의 소수) \ 이렇게 하면 ratio가 일정 숫자보다 작아지면 항상 0이 되어서 다른 방식으로 바꿔야하나 싶습니다.
