RPM Fusion would work, but that would constrain the RPM to use in Fedora if I'm not mistaken. If we're building an RPM, then compatibility with openSUSE, Mageia, OpenMandriva Lx, etc. would also be very helpful. For that, I'd recommend openSUSE's Open Build Service, but it could always be self-hosted too.
I don't exactly see that as a disadvantage, given an independent repo already exists at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kb1000/multimc/ (and supports the distros you listed) Having it in a common third party repository certainly would be an advantage for users But it's unfortunately not likely for RPMFusion to accept it...
Oh sorry I didn't realize that COPR supported distros besides Fedora
