License and patreon patrons are missing from About dialog

hacky patch I quickly made to fix the license not being there.

copied COPYING.md into the License section of AboutDialog.ui.

This seems to effect locally too.

    4.350 W QIODevice::read (QFile, ":/documents/COPYING.md"): device not open

Patreon seems to be due to https://files.multimc.org/patrons.txt being empty?

patreon is back as of september 26th, license page is still empty
