So I can be organized and find the mod I am looking for in the loader mods tab easily, and seeing what mod I accidentally deleted/changed.

I have 2 suggestions.
Let us add visual mod categories to drag mods in, letting us choose the name (or have presets like: Libraries, Performance, QoL, etc) to make the section look cleaner and letting us find a mod easier.
Make a seperate tab called "mod logs" which are accessible from a button in the loader mods menu, which will show the last activity on the tab (like which mod is added/deleted/disabled/enabled/etc.) to see the activity on that page. (I had a hard time finding which mod I accidentally deleted in my mods folder, which is shown below and thats why I suggested this)
